Waiting for support ticket to be assigned...

I'm not having any luck using the helpdesk system for support so I'm posting here..


I've opened a ticket (#474690) 5 days ago and it's still "Awaiting assignment to a support agent". I've posted a follow up yesterday asking if support needed anything else from me to assign the ticket but I've had zero response as of yet. As we are a paying enterprise customer, I'm surprised my request hasn't been assigned yet.


Would someone from Malwarebytes please assist?

I found your ticket and it seems it was submitted to the consumer support department, which is currently experiencing a heavy amount of tickets.  If you have a business/enterprise license, be sure to submit your tickets to http://www.malwarebytes.org/support/business/


I have reassigned your ticket to the correct queue, and someone will be with you shortly.
