Malwarebytes not responding

Recommended Posts

Hello and :welcome::

Did you uninstall MBAM? (I do not see it listed among your installed programs.)

Also, it appears that you have both Windows Defender and ESET installed and running - have you tried disabling Windows Defender?

Let's start with this basic troubleshooting:

Please post back and let us know how it goes.

Thank You,

Hey, that's a really quick response. I actually googled it and i used the MBAM clean removal. Malwarebytes is now running.

From these logs, if i have an infection on my PC, Would you be able to see it? Ultimately my question is do i have an infection on my PC since i had no virus scanner running i think.

I installed ESET out of panic to quickly scan my computer.

Thanks!

Hi:

Glad you now have MBAM up and running now.

We aren't permitted to work on possible malware-related issues in this sub-section of the forum.
(And DDS has been replaced by more thorough scanning tools, such as FRST.)

So, if you are concerned that you might be infected, I suggest that you please follow the advice in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.
A malware analyst will assist you with checking the system and with cleaning any infections and repairing malware damage.

Thanks,
