I have a question related to "add web exclusion"

Can someone please provide me input regarding "add web exclusion"?  I just downloaded Malewarebytes trial and I have been happy so far.  Just the other day I have been downloading material from a p2p site and noticed two "add web exclusions in the system tray in Malewarebytes program when opening it.

 

How do I know what to add and what not to add when it comes to exclusions.  I did a google search on one of the exclusion and noticed it was a add for books showing its location. What do I do regarding this ip address that is in the "add web exclusion" in addition what do I need to know regarding "add web exclusions" when not knowledgeable what to add and what not to add?

 

On one of the exclusions I clicked add and when I opened the main window of Malewarebytes I clicked on remove and wondering what that result is after removing it, due to not knowing what it was the ip address that is.
