cannot update database version

I cannot use my database version keeps telling me UNABLE TO ACCESS UPDATE SERVER  I have never had a problem before.

Can you confirm:  Is this on Techbench?  or just by chance, are you running the usual ( consumer) Anti-Malware program ?
