Trojan.agent.inj detected in old software - false positive?

I have just downloaded and run the latest version of Anti-Malware (version 2.0.2.2012 build date 12/05/2014. The scan has bought up a malware detection in my gyronix. GyroQ software. this has been sitting on my machine for several years and I do not believe that it hold malware. Is there any other way that I could check whether or not this is a false positive.

Please read Please read before reporting a false positive and if you like, please post your own topic in File Detections.

 

In the interim, you may add the file's full pathname in Malware Exclusions: Settings > Malware Exclusions.
