When running in normal boot mode, hour glass spins but programs never launch.  Everything takes minutes to process.

I brought up the Task Manager, but it doesn't look right and doesn't show any processes using up CPU (highest CPU is a 2)

Some Icons not showing up on bottom launch tray (like internet bars, battery, etc)

I ran MalwareBytes first and it found one serious virus Trojan.RotBrowser and removed it.  also removed a load of Pups

Still did not work.

Ran TDSSKiller and it didn't find anything

Ran MalwareBytes again and it found 1 Pup (Conduit) and removed.

Still did not work

Ran AVG and it looks like it removed the MalwareBytes Clean.dll.......so I'll probably have to deinstall/reinstall MBAM

Found a file on C: called LogFileUI that looks like it has something to do with Conduit (attached below)

attached the 3 logs from MalwareBytes that I ran

but I'm still not able to launch a program ...... need some ideas!

logFileUI.txt
