joboy1927 Posted June 14, 2014 ID:841396 Share Posted June 14, 2014 I have just purchased Premium, Power tools and Back up and for some reason nothing has happened.I have the receipt with a purchase number etc. but there has been no response from Malwarebytes.I am completely bewildered and would like to contact the company to sort this out but how do I do that?I would add that I still have the trial version which of course is useless in this circumstance. Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest version.
