I am sorry you are having billing problems.

 

Until staff members have a chance to advise you...

 

Just to be sure I understand:

Are you talking about the consumer version of MBAM Premium?

Did you purchase online at the MBAM store via the e-commerce partner, cleverbridge?

Would you advise us to whom/ where you sent emails?   and if this is about any purchase you made at our website store at malwarebytes.org  ...then the question would be, Did you ask for help on the Helpdesk?

If the latter is yes, then send me a PM with your ticket number and your name.
