How did ESET find so many problems after I MWB and 2 others?

I have MWB Pro monitoring my system, and Microsoft System Essentials, and ioBit Advanced System Care ultimate, so how come, after running scans on all 3, ESET could still find so many problems? Is is because you don't think these are worrying?
