MBAM Freezing Up

I'd like to open this issue since I seem to be having an issue with MBAM freezing up and not responding after I try cleaning the infections after the scan. Once I click the "" button to clean the malware, MBAM freezes up completely and I have to manually shut it down. It just started this last night. I'm attaching a file that I saved from my scan last night.

You mention that you think you are infected.
We don't work on that sort of issue here in this particular section of the forum.
 
So, for expert assistance, I suggest that you please follow the advice in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.
A malware analyst will guide you through the cleanup process.

You have version 1.75   and one does wish you had got to version 2.0.2   --- but that can wait.

You show just a couple of PUP potentially unwanted programs ( entries really) about adware traces that are in Google Chrome.

 

Can you please try the following?

Restart the computer fresh   {   Start >> Logoff >> Restart }.  Then dont start any browsers, especially Chrome.

Than start the Anti-Malware.

Then do a Quick scan.

 

Then be sure to select all that is detected to be Removed.

 

Attach the new log afterwards.    Sometimes just simply restarting Windows for a fresh start ( and keeping browsers closed) will do wonders.

Yes I will try that.

Okay I did try that but MBAM did the exact same thing. When I tried clicking to clean the malware, it froze up and I had to manually shut down the program once again, leaving the malware still there apparently. What do I do now? Here's the log file from it as well.
