My access ID & Key that I paid for will not work can someone help me

I bought the premium malwarebytes and it will not open with the ID and Key that were sent to me can someone help me please

You should have just received a private message (look for a red box at the top of your forum page) that will tell you I removed your email address from your posting and why.  Please respond to that message with the ID and KEY that are not working for you, and I will then tell you what's wrong with it.  DO NOT post that information on the forum...do it in a private message to me.  Thanks!

Are you getting an error message, such as "Invalid License Information" when you try to enter the ID/key?

 

If so, please have a look here, as it explains the most common reason for that message and how to resolve it: It says 'Invalid license information' when I try to activate the software.

 

Please post back and let us know if this fixes the problem.

If it doesn't fix it, or if you seeing a different error message, we'll move on to the next troubleshooting steps.
