Malwarebytes will not launch

I have recently installed the latest update for MBAM, But every time I start the installer it gives me an error. it will continue to install but will give me the error throughout the installation  I cannot do the error. it wont let me install again.  And yes I ran Chameleon. It did not work. and I ran the Malware Stopper before running Chameleon. It did not work. Chameleon would say "Failed to Launch Malwarebytes"

After that it will scan and try to launch. Then i get this message "Malwarebytes is terminate- failed to start scan".

 

I need help with this.

• Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest version. MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
