Moneypak Malware - Got by MalwareBytes and I can't get rid of it

I can't reboot my computer in safe mode, as I get the "Department of Justice" screen with the request to send $300 in no matter what I do, like pressing the F8 key or the blue Thinkvantage key repeatedly while restarting.  I did once get to restart in safe mode, but even that got taken over by the malware before I could run Malwarebytes.  I can get to the command (C:) prompt from the Windows Repair screen (repair doesn't do anything), but tried the restore command I read about on line, linked below, and apparently I don't have any restore points.  That link talks about things like trying to use Hitman from a USB drive or using another "clean" PC, neither of which is possible for me, as I don't have another PC.  I'm running Windows 7 on a Thinkpad T410 and I purchased, installed, and have running, the most recent version of Malwarebytes (although I can't get any of that info, since I can't use my computer).  Any help?  Would be much appreciated.  Thanks.
