Internal error: Expression error 'Runtime Error' / External exception E06D7363

I am having the same issue as addressed by Maurice Naggar on 6/3/14 regarding "Internal error: Expression error 'Runtime Error'/External exception E06D7363."  However, I went through all of the steps as advised and I am still getting the same error message.  I have tried using Malwarebytes Chameleon and RKill and those didn't help either.  What else can I do?

If you followed my steps, and still had a repeat of the same error ( or similar) then it most likely points to a pre-existing malware infection.
