Many BSODs since version 2 released

I have been experiencing BSODs since April, all since the new version was launched. I eventually noticed that my BSOD's were happening while browsing the internet (BSODs were frequent, almost hourly), so I disabled the web protection and it prevented my BSODs for weeks. That is until a couple of days ago, when I experienced another BSOD while browsing the internet, and web protection was disabled. 

 

I use the WhoCrashed program to check for error messages. The usual error I receive with web protection enabled is BAD_POOL_HEADER mwac.sys. The new error I received with web protection disabled was IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL mwac.sys.

 

I uninstalled Malwarebytes, and I've had no issues with crashing since.

 

I hope this is fixed soon, because it is extremely frustrating to not be able to use the program I paid for, because I'm worried about my PC crashing while I'm working.

 

I'm on Windows 8.1 64 bit.

There have only been a small handful of BSOD reports -- possible causes include hardware problems, driver issues or even a rootkit infection.

To start the troubleshooting process:

 

If the clean reinstall doesn't resolve the issue, and if you proceed to step #2 (diagnostic logs), it would also help if you could please zip and attach the  Minidump files from your system that correspond to the BSOD timestamps.

 

The staff will review the logs in order to help to determine what might be going on.
