How do I get rid of PUP.Optional.Speedial.A?

Recommended Posts

I keep coming up with this same "Non-Malware" response every time I run Malwarebytes. I deleted the "Program" Speedial but I cannot find this particular part that keeps coming up so that I can delete it. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Attached is the exact response from the scan. Thanks!!

Hello nzski69 and :welcome:

Since you have a persistent infection and the root cause has yet to be identified, I recommend following the advice from the topic: Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and having one of the Malware Removal Experts assist you with looking into your issue.

If, as recommended, you do open a topic in Malware Removal Help, please make reference to this thread.

Thank you.
