KenW Posted June 5, 2014 ID:838095 Share Posted June 5, 2014 May 22 was the last time it happened.I had just purchased a license before Version 2 came on line and thought I woulduse it on this laptop. Uninstalled ver 2 and installed with new license and that is when thisproblem started. Now this is really crazy. The last thing I did on May 22 was uninstall/clean registry and reinstallwith the old license. I did not use Change License in My Account since I didn't see the option.
