Malwarebytes freezes

Hi

 

i recently upgraded my copy of Malwarebytes and it now freezes every time it runs. I have to reboot the computer to get it to free up.

 

I read on another post that you need the log files, etc to determine the cause and these are attached.

 

Please help as at present I am unable to undertake any scans

• Please try the following and let us know if this corrects your issue or not. MBAM Clean Removal Process 2.x.
• If that does not correct the issue then please read the following and post back the requested logs. - Diagnostic Logs.

I have done all that and it still hangs at the pre-scan operations step.
