Subscription renewal

Hi

I renewed my Enterprise subscription a couple of weeks ago, so should still be licensed, but when I open the MEE console I have been greeted by a 'your subscription will expire in X days' message.

Today, it tells me that my subscription will expire today - am I supposed to receive a new license key, or will it just roll over automatically? Don't want to end up without protection due to not being able to pull updates

You didn't say that you installed the new license into your MEE product.  That's probably the issue.  Go into the ADMIN panel and you will see a SET LICENSE button.  Try that.  It will likely fix your issue.

I cannot find anyone to contact regarding the order. There's no phone number to call except for the company who handles payments (Cleverbridge) who seem to have no idea how to process a Purchase Order correctly. In addition, none of the mails I send to sales (Anastasia Stoljarova) ever get through to her (had this problem last year) and all I get back are auto-replies.

 

Can somebody please, for the love of God, contact me so that I can pay for the damn renewal?!?!?
