FBI Moneypak virus, can't enter safe mode, Server 2003 R2

This morning in came in to work and saw that we had been infected by the FBI Moneypak virus. I have tried to start in safe mode with no luck at all. It just re boots it self. I am typing this from another computer that is not connected to the server please help.
