PRIORITY SETTINGS

MWB needs to allow the user to set scan priorities for auto-scan situations.  (Default should be BELOW NORMAL PRIORITY)

MWB should NEVER interfere with normal PC operations by hogging CPU when there has been no threat detected.

Once a threat has been detected - the priority should be allowed to automatically increase, -but otherwise, -I don't want to know MWB is even running.  

I know that I speak for about a BILLION potential users.
