Windows 7 won't boot after installing malwarebytes

Hi, I'm posting this thread on the advice of 1PW in regards to this thread:

When i got my computer back from a tune-up by the geek squad, malwarebytes was no longer installed. When i reinstalled it, Windows would not progress past the welcome screen.

 

I used the mbam cleanup and tried reinstalling, but with the same results.

 

I ran the FARBAR scan tool, and the logs are attached.
