virus shuts down malwarebytes during removal of trojans

Please help. My computer is very infected. i'm able to install, run, and even scan my computer with Malwarebytes, but as soon as I hit Remove the infected files, the virus shuts down the program during the removal process and asks if I want to send Microsoft the error message.

I can't even install any other anti-virus or anti spyware softwares. My PC freezes during the setup. IE and Firefox keep crashing as well as Outlook. If I go to google, i get redirected to the same website every time. illfindout.com.
