Malwarebytes Scan Never completes - after finding 400+ objects

Hello - We've run malwarebytes numerous times in the past week and it never completes.  Each time, it has 400+ objects found but it never completes, and thus the malware objects remain on our PC.  We sent an email regarding this last week but have not heard back, so am using this method for submitting. 

 

Per the instructions that we saw from one of your pages, we ran the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool as directed.  We tried to attach a word document with copies of the two requested logs (FRST.txt and Addition.txt) but your system said it would not allow attaching such a file.  We then copied the logs into this posting, but we got a message saying the posting was too long.  Therefore, we don't know how to get the logs to you. 

 

We would appreciate very much your help in getting this resolved.  If we need to pay for the premium version, we will certainly do that, as we must get these infections off the computer.  The PC is running terribly.
