PC very intermittent - Stolen.Data keeps recurring

My pc has become virtually impossible to work with. It sounds like it's unable to cope and is racing up and down with process overload. The mouse moves intermittently which is extremely annoying. I run a scan every night and keep getting 2 or sometimes 3 Stolen.Data files that appear in malwarebytes. Once deleted i am advised to reboot. If i do it reappears immediately, if i don't reboot and run a scan again it has disappeared.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated, at my wits end.
