Not "bad" as such... generally HT will only list O13s if the value data differ from the Windows default.

In this case it does: the value is absent or contains no data. If you have HT fix it that will force it to restore the default value data.

Incidentally, if you find this in a Vista log, it's because Vista no longer by default supports the Gopher protocol.

You can therefore ignore it. However, no harm is caused by "fixing" the entry.
