Malwarebytes Premium work start up

My Malwarebytes Premium will not start, I get a Microsoft (Vista 64) error that states Malwarebytes has stopped working & a problem has caused program to stop working. I uninstalled with malwarebytes removal program. Reinstalled and still get the same error messages. I can run Chameleon, and ran all 12 steps to correct to no avail. Chameleon shows in red Failed to copy master config file, and it never gets malwarebytes to load.
Have have done this twice. I also received an Internal Error "Runtime Error (at 79.177): External Exception 06D7363.
Do you folks have any suggestions.

  • Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest version. MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x (Note - if thisis what you are referring to having already done, using the exact steps outlined in that post, then you can skip down to the next step)
  • If that does not correct the issue then please read the following and post back the requested logs. - Diagnostic Logs
