Laptop problem

Recommended Posts

My laptop had a  problem and you helped me here:

It seemed to be working ok, but it's very slow and working hard. Also yesterday Avast suddenly started deleting it's files, I don't know if Avast does that if it runs out after a year. But since then I can't get the laptop back online.

I tried a restore point that didn't work and then I set it back to original settings - but now the 3 blue light on the front are working extra hard and are on all the time, and that isn't right only 2 lights should be on.

Can you help with this?
