Help. My computer keeps shutting down on booting.

Recommended Posts

I am really getting worried. My pc boots up but at the last minute when I think it is going to be fine it says windows is shutting down, initiated by NT Authority System. Windows must restart because the DCOM Server Process Launcher seervice terminated unexpectedly. The computer is stuck in this cycle and it will not let me boot in safe mode. What am I going to do? Someone please help!?1?

It looks as if you have an open, working topic in the malware removal section HERE?

Is this the same computer?

If so, it would be inefficient, confusing and possibly dangerous for your system to work on the same rig in 2 different places.

Please stay with your helper in your other topic until he gives you the "all clear".

If there are other, remaining issues at that time, he may refer you back here or to other resources, if needed.
