What version do I have that is not working?

Can no longer see a version number, can no longer update, Malwarebytes will not start with Windows, even though it's configured to.  This is the premium version?  What has happened to it.  It just dawned on me today that it has not been running for weeks, as it used to and I cannot update it.  Red Exclamation Mark! Your system is NOT protected, cannot access the update server.  Any suggestions here?
