[Licensed]New Update Version Freezing Vista 32bit

Hello everyone,

 

I'm a licensed customer of Malwarebytes.

I've contacted Malwarebytes support for they haven't got back to me in a week.

I have trojan viruses in my computer and I only rely on Malwarebytes.

So I am here to ask for help!

 

I've tried unistalling and reinstalling several times.

I've updated it several times.

I've installed the older version several times. And the older version doesn't freeze actually, but it updates by itself automatically to the new version and then it freezes again.

 

Once it's updated to the newest version, the program freezes after few seconds while it's checking for updates.

The pop-up message is in Korean. The message just says the program has frozen, please restart it.

 

Will be looking forward to anyone's help! Thanks in advance!

The infection could be preventing MBAM from running properly.
 
Unfortunately, we cannot work on malware-related problems in this particular section of the forum.

A malware analyst will guide you through the cleanup process.

The helper can also assist you with getting MBAM updated and running properly, once the malware is removed.
