Real-Time protection: No protection.

Recommended Posts

on the dashboard there is No Protection for Real-Time Protection.  I bought a new license and copied over the Identifer and Key.  Still no protection.  I then sent an email and got a reply that says they are to busy to help but they did give me a number (#458898) and seemed to say hunt for the solution on our fourms.

Hello, have you heard of customer services..

I have Malwarebytes Anti-Malware (premium) 2.0.1.1004.

My system is windows 7 ultimate service pack 1

In ProgramData\Malwarebytes there are 2 folders

  1. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware
  2. Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware

Only the Malwarebytes' will compress and I have attached it I have also attached the Logs file from Malwarebytes Anti-Malware.

Can anyone help through this problem?

Hi:

It's just one of those things when updating software -- it can happen with any program (or even Windows itself, as we all know).

A clean reinstall often resolves minor issues.

(That's why some computer users just prefer to do "clean upgrades" as a matter of routine.)

Nothing to worry about.

Glad you are back up and running.

Take care,
