Privoxy Adware or PUP, need help removing.

Recommended Posts

I have ran Microsoft security Essentials, MBAM, and Adwcleaner and still can not remove a folder named MSR which contains a program called Privoxy. This folder is recreated adn program reinstalled after every restart from running a anti-malware program. I am including the FRST and Additional files.

I have atached the files as copy/paste makes the post too long.
