License key doesn't register

Recommended Posts

I'm already a registered user of Mbam and decided to buy a second copy of 1.75 for the lifetime offer from ebay. Link

The disk came with a registration key but it just will not register with the supplied key.

I've tried different ways and even tried changing a digit or two in case I was reading it wrong.

I've even tried updating to v2 and tried the key but no joy.

Is it possible I could PM a Mbam representative the key so they can check it?

Weirdly I've just recieved an email from a support request a few days ago..........................

Hello Robert and welcome to the Malwarebytes product support. Thank you for choosing Malwarebytes Anti-Malware as your anti-malware security solution, my name is Larry Tate and I'll be assisting you today.

No one / company on eBay is a authorized reseller of our products.

We would only have your information if you purchased via our ecommerce partner Cleverbridge will always be displayed on your bill or receipt as "CBI*MALWAREBYTES CORP".

If you purchased via some other reseller or affiliate, we're unable to assist with any related order, sales issues or your ID / Key numbers and you will need to contact them.

We can however assist you with removal of malware infections.

WELL THAT REALLY SUCKS!!!!!!!!!!, surly you could have at least just checked the key.

What a poor excuse for a company, the disk is legit and no help offered.
