  1. Please try the following and let us know if this corrects your issue or not.  -  MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
  2. If that does not correct the issue then please read the following and post back the requested logs.  -  Diagnostic Logs

Thanks for replying AdvancedSetup, I actually reinstalled it without using removing the program. If that's not that a proper way of tackling it, then I'll go back and do a clean install. I'm not sure, but I think I may have been hit with a virus. Would it silll okay to submit the Diagnostic Logs still or will I have to create a thread somewhere else?
