Xeirus HJT log

Please do this.

Download 'Hijack This!'. http://www.trendsecure.com/portal/en-US/th...JackThis_v2.exe

Save it in a convenient permanent folder such as C:\HJT\, double click HijackThis.exe, and hit "Do a system scan and save a logfile".

When the Notepad window opens, do Ctrl-A to Select All, and copy its contents here. Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, don't fix anything yet.

I will evaluate it and let you know what to do,

Hi,

I am having a similar problem with Spylock; however, when I used the hijackthis program it did not show the same results as the previous poster. This is what my log is showing

Hi and welcome to Malwarebytes. I moved your topic to your own thread. Your log will not show as anyone else's, your log is of your system, the other log is of their system and you used a different version of HJT. Did you update Rogue Remover before you scanned? Be sure to check for updates and scan again.

You can rerun HJT after moving it to a folder of it's own, create a folder and name it HJT or another name of your choice. Then run a scan and put a check into each of the following be careful to only check these items. Once checked click on fix. Reboot and post a new log in this thread.

Run HJT again and put a check in the box next to this item:

O22 - SharedTaskScheduler: admissibility - {da3b49f6-8c54-4429-a275-21a86dcca413} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\xuoce.dll

Then reboot and delete this file: C:\WINDOWS\system32\xuoce.dll .

Let me know how it looks. If the icon is gone there is no need to post another log if it is still there I will need another log.
