Hello  and welcome to Malwarebytes forum.

Has your issue been resolved?   or are you still needing help?

If you do need help, we need a fresh set of (new) logs.    BTW, please do not run other tools on your own, without guidance.

Download DDS and save it to your desktop from here http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.com
or http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/dds.scr

Double click dds to run the tool.

DDS will run in a command prompt window and will take 3 to 4 minutes or so.
Follow and answer the prompts as appropriate.

When done, DDS will open two (2) logs: DDS.txt & Attach.txt
Save both reports to your desktop.
Please attach following logs in your next reply:  DDS.txt  +  Attach.txt

The 'partial protection' flag has disappeared, and has been replaced by a green 'protection enabled' pane. I have no idea why the original message went away, but I have re-booted several times since the original message appeared, and this action may have done it. Thank you for your response, I will continue to check for protection issues and will re-post if necessary.

Thanks,

HS
