Internet connection problem (possibly malware/virus related)

Hello. My ISP is Czee, I'm using the wifi connection and while I can obviously use the internet, when I try to go to certain websites I get an error.

I went to Czee and they said it's most likely a problem with my laptop. I went to Dell support and they wanted to charge me $130 to fix my laptop. Screw that.

ATM I'm running malwarebytes and it's found a few problems.

Hi, @Stolid:

We can't work on malware diagnostics and removal in this sub-section of the forum.

As it seems you may be infected, I suggest that you please follow the advice in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.
A malware analyst will guide you through the scanning, cleanup and repair process.

Thanks,

daledoc1

@ Stolid, as your computer is infected please ONLY follow the instructions provided by daledoc1 in post #3 above and seek help from the experts.  Everyone's computer is different and requires special attention when removing infections.  Some folks will still require assistance after removing the Conduit infections as it will sometimes break your internet connection.  RonnieM although his intentions may be only to provide help, he is not trained, nor authorized to provide assistance with your current issue nor malware removal. Only a selected few are authorized to provide such help, as mentioned here Groups authorized to help with malware removal logs.

@ RonnieM You are not allowed to review scan logs and provide malware removal advice. Perhaps you may have forgotten or just totally don't care. RonnieM you need to go and review Groups authorized to help with malware removal logs and follow the rules that are in place.

those are "pups" potentially unwanted programs.. you can also look at advanced pinned post about them here (https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?showtopic=134993 ) and choose what you wanna do but i personally remove them (thats just what i do and isn't a suggestion) but if you think you might be infected then you can also follow daledoc's link to the part of the sub forum where it tells you what you should do to get help ..hope this helps you out
