Option Remove Malware

Hello

 

I`m new to Windows 8. My father has Windows 7. I have run Malwarebyte (free) and It founds something. I want to remove it.

 

But I can only choose

 

!) Quaratine

2) Add Exlucsion

3) Ignore Once

 

But how I understand it  Add Exlusion means that the malware XYZ ist not found the next time.
