I am running ver 2.0.1.1004.  The dashboard is telling me that my system is not fully protected i.e.  Real-Time Protection  has a status of No Protection.  There is a "Fix Now >>" button but clicking on it doesn't do anything.  Any suggestions on what I can do to enable real-time protection ?

Hi:

 

It sounds as if you are talking about MBAM (Malwarebytes Anti-Malware), not MBAE (Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit)????

(This is the MBAE section of the forum. ;) )

 

I assume that's the case... :)

 

If you just installed MBAM or just upgraded from a previous version, please reboot the computer.

 

Then please let us know if this resolves your issue.

I have rebooted several times with no luck, but oddly enough I just did a full shutdown and let the PC sit for a few minutes and that seems to have worked.  I did see an icon for the old version in the running apps, but stopping that was no problem.
