I keep getting a blocked program from windows with new version MWB

I need help ever since yesterday when I installed new MWB's windows want let it start up now I have to unblock it to run,It want run till I run it,why is this happening MWB's has always been in my startup programs and was always on my task bar,HELP Please TY so kindly for any help :-)

Are you talking about Windows User Account Control dialog, or something else?

Can you please post a screenshot of the error message you are seeing?

In addition to what DD has said, tell us what antivirus program is on this system?

Download mbam-check.exe and save it to your desktop    from  http://downloads.malwarebytes.org/file/mbam_check
On Vista/Windows 7, 8, Right-click on mbam-check.exe & select Run as Administrator & allow to Run.
On XP,Double-click on mbam-check.exe to run it.
It should then open a log file CheckResults.txt
You should attach the CheckResults.txt file located on your desktop so that I can review.
