Malwarebytes 2.0 window pops up at shutdown

Hey guys,

 

I'm new here. I just wanted to know if anyone else has been experiancing this issue. I noticed today, 3 days after installing the new version, that when I restart or shut down my computer there is a window that would pop up for a split second and then the computer would shut down or restart. I ended up taking a continues picture of about 20 pictures back to back of my computer screen when it was shutting down. After looking at the pictures I cought the window in question that would pop up in one of the photos. Looking at the window it said Malwarebytes on the top left. It looks just like the program window but its blank. Its almost like when I shut down or restart the computer the program starts itself as if I double clicked it to open up. Anyone know what, if anything, I should do? I'm running Windows 7 64-Bit with 8 GB of ram. I did do a uninstall and reinstall of malwarebytes and the issue still continues. Its really not a big deal since I know what it is but I don't feel the program should pop up during a restart or shut down.

I have an actual picture I can post as well. I run ESET and never had an issue before the update. I also added MBAM to my ESET exclusions and vise versa with MBAM and ESET. I'm glad I am not the only one with this problem. Any advise from a Mod would be great!

I believe that this is a known issue that has already been reported and they will hopefully be fixing it with the next program update....

They sort of talk about it HERE although the MBAM staff did not reply to the topic, I am sure they have seen it...

Yes, this is a known issue and we are investigating a fix for it which we will be including in an upcoming release if it is successful.

Awesome! I noticed there was an update to the program today. Unfortunately it has not fixed the above issue described by myself and the poster below me. I am however excited that it is being worked on and hope that it will be successful! Thanks again for your reply!
