I recently updated to the latest MBAE and after installing it, Chome started acting weird, not responding and also crashing during program startup. Some of my extensions are also not working and also Shockwave Flash could not be started.

Please advise.

This is the crash.

There seems to be something wrong with your installation of MBAE:

3/31/2014 10:17:55 AM, Error: Service Control Manager [7026]  - The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load:  ESProtectionDriver3/31/2014 10:17:55 AM, Error: Service Control Manager [7022]  - The Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Service service hung on starting.3/31/2014 10:16:25 AM, Error: Application Popup [1060]  - \??\C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit\MBAE.sys has been blocked from loading due to incompatibility with this system. Please contact your software vendor for a compatible version of the driver.3/30/2014 4:48:27 PM, Error: Disk [11]  - The driver detected a controller error on \Device\Harddisk2\DR2.

Please try the following:

1- Uninstall MBAE from Control Panel

2- Reboot

3- Delete %ProgramFiles%\Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit

4- Delete %AllUsersProfile%\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit

5- Delete HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run\Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit

6- Reboot

7- Download the latest version of MBAE and install again

If the problem still persists, please check your other security software for any hints of it blocking parts of the installation of MBAE, such as the driver for example.

Other users have reported both KIS and MBAE working alongside without any problems. Just in case yes please try to exclude it to see if it makes a difference, but if it doesn't, could I remote into your machine to check a couple of things related to MBAE?
