I've been plagued with a Malware that simply will not quit. I must admit after I bought the PAID version of MalwareBytes Anti-Malware (Premium) that interference dropped 70% however this or these Malware program(s) are persistent.

They constantly double underscore keywords where a mouse hover will launch an advertisement.

Should I hit enter of different data (different depending on design of page) a larger page will pop-up and obscure for example a password box I might have clicked only for me to enter the password on some advertisements site. I don't get the feeling it is capturing the password and the problem is not limited to the password it could be any blank filled in or still openly blank and launch a page.

Before I bought the PREMIUM version If I had one page open went to drain the vein I'd come back with 7 to 9 pages open and every few seconds each page reloading with a 5% to 10% reload a new page rate.

It started with Internet Explorer (vers 11.09600). It got so bad that I could not use the browser. I downloaded Firefox and I had a reprieve for about one hour. Then I downloaded Apple's OPERA about a week later. For some reason it seemed like  Opera was not bothered by this Malware. Well that lasted about two weeks and its like the Malware "SLOOOOWWLY" crept into Opera. All of them became a nightmare to use. The free version seem to find all the Malware and flush it aside but it would always return. I must give credit to the better performance the "PREMIUM" version has helped, for its almost tolerable but it is still there and I need your help to remove the proper files.

I have attached the files requested (one zipped) and will be looking forward (depending on complexity) to your response.

BTW I lost my internal Windows 7 restore files and or the path to it. I had to buy the same version and even a reinstall without format did little to help.

I suppose you could say I am at the end of the my noose.

P.S. The attached files were done after I upgraded my MalwareBytes to your latest version of PREMIUM  and after I only loaded a few pages. It is commonplace to see 40 to 60 PUP entries after an hour on the net followed by a scan. I've scanned, restarted not even launch a page and scan again and still the origin of  Malware remains.

I'd also like to add I believe I know when and how I allowed this Malware to enter my computer. I have an Apple TV2 that I allowed Itunes to upgrade however the upgrade caused a untethered Apple TV 2  to become reliant upon a tethered boot. Thee programmers were working HARD to produce a un-tethered JAILBREAK (a legal way to increase your devices options), HOWEVER there was a company claiming to have an UN-TETHERED program readily available. I should have known better than deal with anyone other than the well known JAIL-BREAKERS. I downloaded this .EXE program and ran it. All the above problems started immediately after. It's one thing to advertise but unnecessary to cause one to click through 5 of 12 advertisements to zero in on what should have been the next linked page.

Again any in help you may so kindly provide will be highly highly appreciated.

When the scan completes > Close out the program > Don't Fix anything!
