Malwarebytes 2.0 not honouring schedules update for "Check for Reboot"

 

It's been like this since the BETAs. Sometimes it happens within 45 mins and sometimes it doesn't even happen at all.

 

IIRC it should be within a timeframe of 15 mins?

 

Switching back to v1.75 fixed the issue immediately.

Please try a clean removal and reinstall and let us know if that corrects it or not.

Done a clean install using the 2.0 mbamclean.exe.

 

Still doesn't do the check for update within the 15 mins timeframe.

 

Note : It also doesn't do it when I choose the option of 1 hour. It doesn't happen +/- 15 mins after/before the hour.

 

Switching to realtime updates @45 mins fixes for that.

Ther eis another thread where this issue is being investigated.  Hold tight, and let's see the outcome of that thread - it may be applicable here as well.
