Protection modules won't load

I have the same problem.  I have turned protection buttons under Detection and Protection but the error does not clear. I  have followed the instructions outlined above and am sending you the log results in the attachments to this message.

Removed and re-installed product.  FIxed issue for a few hours then reverted back to same problem.

Crickets... Absolutely no response from support.  Going back to old product.

Sorry for the delay.  Unfortunately sometimes posts do get overlooked as there are often hundreds of posts every day.  Anyways... I've looked at the logs you did post and your computer shows signs of at least some PUP values and one of them being Conduit which can potentially lead to even further infection.

 

I would suggest following the advice from the topic here Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and having one of the Experts assist you with looking into your issue.


However since you're running Windows 8.1 the DDS program does not run with Windows 8.1 so please post your FRST logs you have above.
