So you block all Ip's of a VPS server because there was in 2011 one IP in that range. At this moment I don't see any blacklisted. I have contacted my VPS provider and they are allway in contact with the big RBL provider to keep there IP's clean.

 

One IP? Hardly. The entire ASN has one hell of a history, going back several years. For reference;

I've seen nothing to suggest this has changed. However, I am re-reviewing the Tilla sub-range and if appropriate, an exception for it will be created.
