The virus won't let you start in safe mode. It prompts you to the next screen which makes you select Windows XP as you operating system, then begins startup. After a couple of seconds, it shuts back off and restarts. I've tried Kespersky rescue disk, but haven't had any luck. It's already on the disk you just have to run it.
