I have tried without success to run the Pro version of the software that I purchased today.

 

I have gone through all your install and removal procedures without any success.

 

When I try and run a scan the program either just crashes or I get a Runtime error 13.

 

I am using Windows 7 and now of the Xp about setting the date apply.

 

When I check the Update it says I am running Ver 0.00.00 etc and the date is 01/01/1601 - see attached.
