Do you mean it's something on my pc?

Because this ip is blocked I cant go to my site, so I don't understand it.

Who or what gives an ip to my site?

I only get that message when I go to my transformatiecoach.be site

I have another site and that is opening just fine in the same browser.

This warning pops up with Firefox as well as Internet Explorer

Can you give me insight on this?

Thanx,

Dennis

To make it more clear - your website is hosted by your company in what is called shared hosting.  For more information see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shared_web_hosting_service

Your website is not malicious according to spud.  however, another website that is tied to the same IP address that your website is tied to by your hosting company is malicious in some manner, form or fashion.

Since MBAM web protection is IP based, it is unfortunate when things like this happen - but trying to block individual domains tied to a single IP in a shared hosting scenario is a nightmare - this is much, much faster.

I'm pretty sure that you can add an exclusion so that you will be able to access your website and perform all the duties you need to.  However, I'm not 100% sure if the domain itself is excluded or if it is the IP address.  I will find out and report back.

Thank you John,

That makes it more clear for me.

In the mean time I contacted the hosting company and informed them about this issue.

They are now looking in to it.

As for now I have added an exclusion and I can view my website again.

Hopefully a solution will come either way, otherwise no malwarebyte users can view my page anymore.

Yeah, I was going to say you may start getting a flood of emails from your visitors about your site being marked as malicious.  Just point them to this thread (use this link:

)  and then they can see exactly what is going on.

Glad to hear it.

FWIW, once the MBAM 2.0 is pushed out, you'll be able to tell your visitors to upgrade to MBAM 2.0 ASAP, as it allows for individual domain exclusions, so that the MBAM customers and users will still be blocked from all domains on a particular IP but can 'whitelist' (exclude) particular domains and be able to instantaneously access them instead of having to wait for the IP address to be cleared.  I asked this specific question with the RC that I am testing now and was assured by staff that it is domain exclusions.

Enjoy your day, and have fun with the remaining users who may still contact you with issues - don't forget to point them here to show them it really is cleaned up :D
